Highly recommended! A contractor you can trust! We recently completed a fairly large renovation/addition, turning a dusty, dark outside patio into a beautiful sitting room in our home. In our search for a general contractor we found Rob Parsons at Arizona Window and Door Store, Lifestyle Remodeling. We have been very pleased. Rob was very easy to work with. He communicated consistently so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. He checked in with us daily, either in person or by phone, and answered all our questions and concerns clearly. Rob had solutions for all the unexpected issues and at no additional cost. He also made excellent design suggestions when we had a question on how to proceed. His construction team, headed by Marcus White, was excellent. They showed up on time, put in a full days work, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and their craftsmanship is beyond reproach. The window and door from the Arizona Window and Door Store are beautiful. Weʻre so pleased with the finished project  We would highly recommend Rob Parsons and his team for any project you might have at your home. And on top of all this, Rob is a genuinely nice guy!

This place is great! Started with a visit from our rep Tony. Fun dude to chat with and very knowledgeable of the product he's selling. Got some quotes for a few doors on our house and our guest house. Decided to do just the guest house door for now since it was the worst of the 4. Door was installed a couple days ago and it looks and works fantastic! Process was smooth, everyone involved had great communication. Josh and (can't remember his name) did a wonderful job installing the door and storm door. Nice fellas. They cleaned up the place when they left too. Only bummer about the process was they the door took about 2 months or so to arrive. Otherwise, fantastic experience. Will definitely be saving up to our other doors replaced as soon as we can. I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for.  No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he does.   I was able to quickly zero in on what I wanted. Made a few additions, and subtractions but he was on it ALL. Showed me pictures from previous projects, his actual home, and met me at the showroom so I could see what I was buying.  Making such a huge investment in your home comes with its stressors, Brad took the time to answer all my questions, even some critical ones. (Update)ERIC came as scheduled. Took about an hour to get everything measured.  Quick and easy then Brad followed up and gave me a rundown of what to expect moving forward after the measure....will update along this journey as we progress, with before and after pictures.

We got 15 Anlin Window windows installed throughout our home and couldn't be happier! We actually started considering windows over a year ago, but weren't ready to pull the trigger at the time. Brad was super respectful of that and wasn't pushy at all. When we were ready to circle back to this, we reached out to him and not only did he respond immediately, he remembered exactly who we were. He's definitely a window expert and took the time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot! This definitely felt like a personalized experience from start to finish. The install crew was very professional and respectful. They worked super quick and everything looks absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10 from start to finish!

David and his crew were awesome. To be fair, everyone on every crew went above and beyond to earn each star but there were too many names to remember! The new windows took 20 years off and our house looks like new. Their attention to detail at every stage from demo to install to clean up was a delightful surprise!

We had a great experience from entering the Scottsdale showroom to view the different window vendors they carry, scheduling an in-home appointment where we met Brad Penner. He took as much time as was needed to help answer any & all questions during our appointment. Since we already had 2 other window companies at our home prior to Brad, we already had done our research. Meeting Brad solidified our decision to move forward with Arizona WDS. The lead time of 7-8 weeks was spot on and the install guys along with their stucco people they used were excellent. I have already referred family and friends to Brad, and I received the same feedback on Brad's soft approach to selling his product line. You will not be disappointed in the Anlin product we purchased from The Window and Door Store.

Selecting who to allow to install a new front Door and complete Window upgrade to your Arizona Condo can be a big decision.  I hope this review makes it a little easier for you. After receiving two previous quotes from other Vendors...
The Window and Door Store Representative, Brad Penner, and his installation team of Jason C. and Assistant Gilbert made this an easy process. (*As you can see by my included photo.)
Brad Penner of the Redfin Rd, Scottsdale, Arizona Window and Door Store, spent 2-1/2 hours reviewing and selecting which Windows and Front Door we were to install in our condo.  With Arizona's climate and our Condo Association's requirements, Brad assisted us to determined which windows would best suit our needs, and also provided support when working with our Association to obtain approval of our project. After all this, Brad provided us with a price quote that easily made it possible to move forward with the ordering and installation of our new Windows and Front Door.
Upon scheduling the installation date with Audrey in the main office (who was very accommodating) the Install Team of Jason C. and Gilbert showed up on-time and fully prepared with all components on-hand. The first of our two-day install was focused on our Windows. The team demonstrated that they were fully comfortable with the task of installing the five large windows within our second-story Condo.  At all times they were courteous, resourceful, and at no time did they rush through the installation of the windows or the installation of the Front Door on the second day making sure all was to our satisfaction.
My hope is that by providing this positive review of our experience with Brad and his team from Scottsdale's The Window and Door Store you are able to more easily move forward with what was, initially, a pretty big decision.

We just love our new door and so do our dogs. Everything aspect of the experience was extremely positive. Joe Pucci our salesman was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole process. Cannot compliment the installers enough on their professionalism. What an outstanding crew. Then the cherry on top was they cleaned up after they were done never knew an install occurred.
